
I jumped on the Kale bandwagon. After hearing repeatedly how awesome Kale is, I decided to decide for myself if it’s all that and a bag of chips. Literally, I chipped it up. I made Kale chips inspired by this pin here.
I did like them. They were different than I thought they would be. They’re very brittle but they did taste good. My family did not go for them though, so I’m not sure I’ll be making them again unless I find a deal like I did this time. I was able to find Organic baby Kale on clearance for only $1.49. That was worth the try.

Ingredients:
Baby Kale
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
1. Toss baby Kale in 2 tsp of Olive Oil
2. Place Kale on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Do not let the Kale leaves overlap.
3. Bake in 275 F preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
