Have you ever been without electricity? This past weekend we had a crazy storm. It knocked out power to much of our area. In fact, many people are still without power. In those unexpected
moments days “what’s for dinner”, takes on a whole new meaning.
That’s why when eFoods contacted me to try out a few of their meals, I was excited to see what food that “expires in 2025″ tastes like.
(No joke. This food expires in 2025. Justin Bieber will be my age, my 7 month old will be a teenager and I might have a few wrinkles before this food expires.)
I’ll be honest, I was skeptical. The pictures on their website make the food look like momma just made it – so how could this little packet end up on my table for dinner tonight looking like it was homemade?
eFoods was easy, convenient and tasted good!
You boil water, add the packet and suddenly we have Potato Soup, Tortilla Soup or Chicken Casserole. We tried all three – and I have to say, each one was really yummy!
Besides being a great item to have on hand in case of emergency, these foods would also be great for camping, or RVing – or when you didn’t plan for dinner.
And as a mom, I looked to what was inside eFoods. I was impressed to find that they are dehydrated from #1 grade fresh raw foods and are not genetically altered or modified.
You don’t really want to think of the “what if’s” sometimes, but wouldn’t you be thankful if you had a few full meals stored away for an emergency? — power outage?
So, what’s for dinner?
I did receive free product from efoods to try. However, this review is 100% all mine. Promise.
