With the heat upon us in Central Ohio, I just had to share my favorite summer drink right now.
It’s Iced Coffee. From my Keurig.
My favorite kind to brew is Green Mountain Coffee Nantucket Iced. It’s made to be brewed over ice and you can tell the difference. I am by no means a coffee connoisseur but I do know what tastes good, my friend.
Never fear, as you do not need a Keurig to make iced coffee.
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Add cream. (optional)
- Pour hot coffee over the ice.
That’s it! Iced coffee is a great way to use up any unused coffee from the morning. Typically, it’s stronger after it’s been sitting awhile, and you’ll need that since you pour it over ice.
If you’re afraid that your coffee will be too weak after pouring it over ice, consider freezing coffee ice cubes and using them!
