A few weeks ago I shared that our family was going to go to Marvel Universe Live! Well, this morning we dressed the kids in the Captain America costumes and headed to the 11:30 am show. It was awesome.
Of course my favorite part was watching my boys. All of them. My husband earlier this year told me to make sure I got tickets to Marvel Universe. I think he was more excited than the boys. Since the boys were Captain America for Halloween, the costumes were worn again for the show.
The show was great. There were probably a lot of inside jokes during it that I just didn’t get since I didn’t exactly grow up reading comics. My youngest (he just turned four) also didn’t like how loud some of the effects were. I was impressed by all the stunts done with the motorbikes. My husband loved the story line – because he did grow up with all the comics. Overall, it was a great event for our family and one that was truly unique. I don’t think my boys will think of their super heroes the same way ever again.
Marvel Universe Live is here in Columbus December 26 – 28 at Nationwide Arena. Children’s seats start at just $20! Use the link here. (Child discount applies for ages 2-12.)
I received tickets to Marvel Universe for my family in return for a review of the show. All opinions are my own, as always.
