Alright so last Friday I left you with the challenge of starting my 2011 photobook. Letting you all in on how behind I am – really helped hold me accountable!
Here’s my progress from Week #1:
Decide how to organize photos on the computer.I’m organizing by month and day. I’m hoping to make each yearly book in chronological order so this will help me keep each month seperate.
Dump all photos from camera onto my computer.Done! All 376 of them! Woah.
Select an online photobook company to create a photobook. I selected MyPublisher. Mostly because it has the ability to take out red eye as I build the book. I really didn’t want to edit each picture individually with a program and then upload it to the photobook. MyPublisher eliminated this step. (And I also looked into what other people thought of the company and it had rave reviews. My decision was not based solely on my laziness.)
Upload 1 month of photos to start photobook.January 2011 is done!
(By the way, MyPublisher is offering a FREE photobook right now for all of you that are rocking at keeping up with your digial photos!)
Here’s a peek at one of my pages from January. Although not every picture gets it’s own page, this one did – I just love his happy, messy face!
Today’s Photo Friday Challenge:
