If you’re looking for the easiest and most simple side for your cook-out, I have it for you! This was a hit at my kiddo’s birthday party last year during the 4th of July last year, so I thought I would share it today. All you need is a large platter and some red, white and blue fruit and cheese. This looked so pretty on the table. I paired crackers with it, as well as the Red White and Blue Strawberries I mentioned yesterday.

from Lynette’s Kitchen @ Cleverly Simple
Cherries, Raspberries or Strawberries (or all three)
1. Wash fruit.
2. Place blueberries in small bowl.
3. Alternate the red fruit and the white cheese on a large rectangular platter.
*Watermelon is very runny, and does not work as well in this platter.
*I found the star dish at the Dollar Tree.
