Hi Lynette,

I just wanted to say that you do an awesome job of compiling the weekly lists for Rite Aid! I am a working mom and search weekly deals for my personal use, as well as to link to my blog. Your posts have been by far the best that I have found!

Hi! I have another question for you. At Rite Aid, when I buy something and get Up Rewards, for example: Buy $30 P&G products get $10 Up Rewards. Is the $30 a pre-coupon amount? Say I grabbed 10 Pantene shampoos for $30 @ 2 for $6. Then I used 5 of the P&G coupons for $3/2 (can I even do that???) which would be $15 off? Then get $10 in rewards, making it like I only spent $5? Also, I’m a gold level Wellness member. Would I be able to use my 20% off as well?? I shop the sales at Rite Aid a lot but have never used coupons.
Sorry for all the questions. I’ve read your how-to’s and watched your vidoes – which are all great!! But, I’m still a little confused. I think it’s too late at night to be learning something new. My brain shuts off when I put the kiddos to bed :)

Hi Katie,

The “Buy $30 P&G products, get $10 Rewards” is BEFORE coupons. You just need to get to $30 with the sale prices. You can only use 4 Pantene coupons because on the coupon it says “limit 4″ per user or transaction. (I don’t have my coupons in front of me but there is a limit to the number of like coupons you can use. This is specific only to P&G coupons.) However, there’s a Pantene coupon online you can grab as well.

In terms of your gold wellness (wow!) the terms state “When used with a sale priced item, the customer will receive the lower of the discount price or sale price”. That means you’ll either get the sale price OR the 20% OFF the regular price, whichever is lower. You will not get both.

Let me know if you have any questions!
