25 Sweet Potato Recipes You Will LOVE!

I thought I would do something a little different today and share with you some of the best sweet potato recipes around on the web.  There is something about a sweet potato that I oh’ so love.  It has the texture of the potato but something about the sweetness just draws me in.  It’s so aptly named, don’t you think?  This time of year is a great time to test out some great sweet potato recipes in anticipation of Thanksgiving which will be here before you know it.

Growing up my mom never baked much with sweet potatos.  To be honest, I didn’t really cook much with them either until I started making baby food with them about 4.5 years ago.  I once found myself with an over abundance of them, and there’s only so much a 6 month old tummy can take, so I started cooking with them and experimenting with them in recipes.
