Description

Easy Creamy stovetop chicken and noodle soup recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 Cups water
  • 2 Tablespoons and 2 teaspoons Better Than Bouillon
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 carrots, diced
  • 3 Cups cooked chicken
  • 4 Cups egg noodles
  • 1/2 Cup sour cream
  • 2 Cans cream of chicken soup
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil  and add the bouillon.
  2. Add noodles, carrots and celery.  Cook 10 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add chicken and cream of chicken soup.  Heat thoroughly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper to serve.
