Amazing peanut butter fudge recipe made with only five ingredients!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 2 Cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 3/4 Cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Cups confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

  1. Measure out all ingredients. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar and milk. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes while stirring.
  4. Remove from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.
  5. Pour into the confectioners’ sugar. Beat until smooth. Pour into an 8×8 pan.
  6. Chill and cut into quarters.
