Simple Guacamole Recipe

Only four ingredients in this delicious guacamole! Make as smooth or as chunky as you desire!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe avocados
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  • Remove the fruit from the avocados and place into a bowl. 
  • Add 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon cumin.
  • Mash everything together with a potato masher or fork until your desired texture. Serve immediately.

Notes

How to store leftover guacamole: You want to keep any air from getting into the guacamole. I typically place the leftover guacamole in a bowl, cover it with saran wrap and push teh plastic wrap into the guacamole to not allow any air to discolor it.
