Delicious beef brisket easily made in the crock pot!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs beef brisket

Rub

  • 2 Tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion minced
  • 2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper

Barbecue Sauce

  • 1 Cup ketchup
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 4 Tablespoon onion chopped
  • 3 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 1/2 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon light brown sugar

Instructions

  • Trim the fat from the meat.
  • Cover both sides of the brisket with the rub mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, blend all the barbecue sauce ingredients together and add to crockpot.
  • Place marinated beef on top.
  • Cook on low all day long.
