Preheat your oven to 375˚ F.
Empty the contents of the marinated shrimp onto a cooking sheet lined with foil and cooking spray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 14 - 15 minutes, turning over at 7 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the oven and let cool.
While cooling, dice the tomatoes, avocado, red onion and cilantro. Squeeze the lime over the avocado. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Enjoy immediately or let the flavors sit together in the refrigerator for an hour before enjoying.
