1pintcottage cheese
11ozmandarin orangesdrained
6ozorange jello
9ozCool Whipthawed
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the cottage cheese in a blender or with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy and your desired texture.
Add cool whip, and jello, and drain oranges. Blend or mix on low until well incorporated.
Place salad in covered dish and chill for one hour before serving.
