Ingredients
1lbboneless round steakcubed
14ozdiced tomatoes
2medium potatoespeeled and cubed
2medium onionsdiced
3celery stalkssliced
2carrotsdiced
3Cupswater
3teaspoonsBetter Than Bouillon Beef Base
1/2teaspoondried basil
1/2teaspoondried oregano
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
1 1/2Cupsfrozen vegetables
Instructions
Prepare and chop meat, potatoes, onions, celery and carrots and add to the crockpot. Add remaining ingredients to crockpot, except for the frozen vegetables.
Cook on high for 6 hours. Add frozen vegetables and stir. Cook on high 2 more hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
