Rum Balls

These 5-ingredient rum balls are the classic holiday treat that requires minimal prep and no baking at all! Prep and refrigerate for the perfect holiday treats!

Ingredients
  

  • 11 oz Vanilla Wafers
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Nuts
  • ½ Cup White Karo Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Rum

Instructions

  • Crush wafers in a bag with a rolling pin or using a food processor.
  • Mix the crushed wafers with the chopped nuts and powdered sugar. Mix Well.
  • Add in the Rum and Karo Syrup and mix.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and roll into powdered sugar or sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week and enjoy.

Notes

Roll with powdered sugar on your hands: To prevent the rum ball mixture from sticking to your hands while rolling, coat your hands with powdered sugar. This will make the process much easier and less messy.
