Easy spinach salad recipe that is bursting with flavor with red onions, dried cranberries and grilled chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cups baby leaf spinach
  • 3 Tablespoons goat cheese crumbles
  • 10 grape tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons red onions sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup candied pecans
  • 1/2 Cup grilled chicken
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  •  Layer ingredients and add dressing.  Enjoy!
