– ½ Cup butter softened – 2 Cups granulated sugar – 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour – 1 Tablespoon lemon juice – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 5 large eggs – 1 Cup buttermilk – 1 unbaked 9 or 10 inch pie crust
