Ingredients
1cupbuttersoftened slightly
1 ½cupsgranulated sugar
½cuplight brown sugar
1largeegg
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1 ½Cupsall purpose flour
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonbaking powder
2/3cupschocolate chips
3cupscorn flake cereal
1cupsmini marshmallows
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the butter and sugars. Whip in the egg and vanilla extract. Add in the flour, salt, soda, and powder and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
Carefully fold in the chocolate chips, corn flakes, and marshmallows until just combined. Place the dough mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour before baking.
To bake, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop large scoops of cookie batter onto a greased cookie sheet, using a muffin scoop. Bake for about 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy these large, crunchy cookies!
