Easy Meatloaf Recipe

The best meatloaf ever!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 Cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 envelope Lipton dried onion soup mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well in large bowl.
  • Press mix into 9″ square pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour.

Notes

Best results are achieved if you use 1 lb 85% ground beef and 1 lb 93% ground beef.
