Blackberry Lemonade

Sweet and tangy blackberry lemonade made from frozen blackberries and lemons.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Blackberries Frozen
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Cup Water divided
  • 4-6 Lemons

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan add 1 cup of water with 1 Cup Sugar and heat over medium heat until sugar has dissolved.
  • Juice the lemons; you will need about 1 cup of lemon juice. Combine syrup and lemon juice. Add remaining water and stir well.
  • In a blender or food processor, puree frozen blackberries until smooth.
  • Spoon in blackberry puree equally into the bottom of 6 glasses and pour lemonade over the blackberries. Stir and serve.
